All BID / RFP Announcements

Sealed bids are due in the City Secretary’s Office by 3:00 P.M. on or before the bid opening date. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure that their bid was delivered to the City Secretary’s Office before the due date and time. Claims of mail delays shall not be grounds for waiving this requirement.  Bids are opened & read aloud at 3:15 P.M. in the Council Chambers and are open to the public. The City Secretary’s Office is located in City Hall, 444 4th Street on the 4th Floor, Port Arthur, Texas, (409) 983-8115.

Bids and RFP’s can be downloaded via this webpage or you may pick one up in the Purchasing Office on the 2nd Floor, 444 4th Street, Port Arthur, Texas. Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8 A.M. to 5:00 P.M..
